eCommerce Content Designer (Full-time, Hybrid)

A multinational consumer and industrial firm is seeking an eCommerce Content Designer (Full-time, Hybrid) to create localized eCommerce content aimed at driving online business. In this role, the ideal candidate will create product detail page content for consumer goods as a graphic designer. This is a hybrid position based in Tokyo, Japan.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• eCommerce PDP Content Production: Create product detail page content for the company's consumer goods on platforms such as Rakuten and Amazon.
• Promotional Content Production: Develop promotional materials including banner advertisements and brand pages for Rakuten and Amazon.
• Product Photography: Conduct product photography and provide support for eCommerce detail page production.
• Content Monitoring and Management: Perform periodic monitoring of content and track the execution status.
• Content Health Check and Improvement: Ensure content quality and manage improvements based on the company's content guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree holder or someone expected to obtain one (including student on leave).
• Experience: Over 1 year of related work experience, including freelance experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in content design tools such as Photoshop and other Adobe design tools (required).
• Photography/Videography Skills: Ability to take product photos and videos (preferred).
• Able to commit to a duration of 1 year or more.
• Major in Visual Design or Graphic Design (preference).
• Experience in digital platform/eCommerce content production, including internship experience at a related company.
• Communication in English.
