Hire Digital is looking for an Account Director (Full-time, Remote) who will be responsible for managing digital and creative projects, fostering strong client relationships, and overseeing the successful execution of initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategize and oversee the development and quality of creative, marketing, and digital assets to align with client strategies.
  • Comprehend client expectations and define success metrics that foster a beneficial long-term relationship.
  • Address complex marketing-related RFPs and produce visually engaging sales proposals that highlights our capabilities.
  • Review and refine assets for errors and inconsistencies to enhance overall readability.
  • Create style guides that outline the requirements and tone to develop compelling assets.
  • Manage client relationships and timelines, reviewing submissions to ensure all assets and strategies meet client standards and are executed consistently and professionally.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous Account Management experience with brand and digital campaigns in an in-house role or agency set-up.
  • Keen eye for design and strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborative skills and ability to drive performance within the team.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to deliver project deliverables according to deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with an ability to define processes and manage deadlines.
