A leading SG-based telecoms client is looking for a Social Media Strategist (Freelance, Remote) who will develop and execute social media strategies, particularly for the LinkedIn platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for a B2B tech brand, covering key platforms like LinkedIn and client's webpage.
  • Create and curate engaging, high-quality social content that resonates with the target audience of technology decision-makers and business leaders.
  • Manage the full social media content creation process, from ideation to publishing and community engagement.
  • Maintain a social media content calendar to ensure a steady stream of relevant and timely updates across platforms.
  • Analyze social media performance and usage metrics to optimize the social media strategy and content.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align social media activities with broader business and marketing objectives.
  • Develop and implement a strategy for sustainability-focused social media content.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and refine the social media approach.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous experience in social media strategy, content marketing, or a related field, with a focus on B2B tech audiences.
  • Proven track record of successful social media strategies and campaigns, particularly on the LinkedIn platforms and company website.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills, with the ability to develop compelling, on-brand social media posts.
  • Strong understanding of social media performance metrics and analytics, including the ability to measure and report on key KPIs.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools, content calendars, and best practices for community engagement.
  • Adaptable and creative mindset, with the ability to generate innovative social media ideas and concepts.
  • Collaborative approach, with the ability to work cross-functionally and align social media efforts with broader marketing and business goals.
  • Passion for the B2B tech industry and staying up-to-date with market trends and developments.
