Senior Frontend Engineer

An AI startup seeks a Senior Frontend Engineer (Contract, Remote) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing web applications using React and Next.js (App Router).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, and maintain web applications using React, Next.js (App Router).
• Utilize Next.js for server-side rendering, routing, and building optimized React applications.
• Integrate Approuter for seamless navigation and routing within the application.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React components and libraries.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth user experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in front-end development.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of the application.

• Minimum of 7 years of software engineering experience and 3+ years in developing web applications using React.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and building React applications.
• Familiarity with Approuter for navigation and routing.
• Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
