A multinational consumer and industrial firm is seeking a Senior Media Planning Manager (Full-time, Remote) to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of digital media campaigns across the Asia region for a multinational consumer and industrial firm. This role is pivotal in driving business growth through innovative and measurable digital media strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and develop integrated media strategies that align with business goals and target audiences across key markets, including Japan, Korea, ANZ, Taiwan, India, and Southeast Asia.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital media campaigns across various platforms: display, native, social, and performance.
- Conduct media data analysis to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and drive customer engagement throughout the consumer journey.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to enhance paid media efficiency and ensure alignment with strategic marketing plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for media execution.
- Act as a subject matter expert in digital media and campaigns, mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Previous experience in digital media and marketing, with a proven track record in campaign strategy and execution in Asia.
- Proficiency in digital media planning tools and analytics platforms, such as Adobe Analytics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
