Senior Frontend Engineer - React

As part of its ongoing projects, Outlier is building a cloud-based contact centre powered by AI. This innovative contact centre platform seamlessly integrates with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and incorporates a chatbot to deliver real-time support to human agents.

Outlier is seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Software Engineer- React to join their team and play a vital role in designing, implementing, and launching major user-facing features.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leverage your senior-level experience (approximately 5 years) to design, implement, and launch major user-facing features within Kforce's cloud-based contact centre platform.
• Utilize your expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to build modern front-end applications that enhance the user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of the contact centre platform with CRM systems.
• Optimize front-end applications to deliver fast and reliable performance, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Participate in code reviews and provide valuable insights to enhance code quality and maintain the codebase's overall structure.
• Demonstrate a keen product sense and the ability to proactively address user experience issues before initiating the coding process. Show a passion for creating exceptional user interfaces.

• Possess a solid understanding of web technologies and a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience using React in building modern frontend applications.
• Display significant experience designing, debugging, and optimizing front-end applications to ensure speed and reliability.
• Thoroughly understand REST APIs and possess a strong grasp of HTTP requests.
• Exhibit familiarity with participating in code reviews and offering suggestions to improve overall code quality.
• Possess a strong sense of product development and the ability to think critically about user experience challenges even before diving into the coding process.
• Show a genuine passion for creating outstanding UI designs.
