RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their business objectives and marketing needs.
- Develop and implement effective performance marketing strategies across various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Create and oversee social media campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness, utilizing analytics to refine strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to clients for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to deliver high-quality campaigns that meet client expectations.
- Oversee client budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI on marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide clients with innovative marketing solutions.
- Previous experience in account management or a similar role within digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, social media platforms, and digital advertising strategies.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
