Digital Account Manager

Hire Digital is looking for a Digital Account Manager to manage client relations, oversee creative projects, and ensure timely project deliverables.

This is a remote position. We welcome candidates from any location. Resumes are to be submitted in English.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategize, manage and ensure the quality of creative, marketing and digital assets to support client's strategies.
• Understand client expectations and determine success metrics for a mutually beneficial long-term relationship.
• Proofread and edit assets for errors and inconsistencies to improve readability.
• Establish style guides that specify the requirements and tone to create engaging assets.
• Manage clients & timelines and review submitted works. Ensure that all assets & strategies adhere to the client's standards and are executed in a consistent and professional way.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience with brand and digital campaigns in an in-house role or agency.
• Keen eye for design and strong attention to detail.
• Collaborative skills and ability to drive performance within the team.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to deliver project deliverables according to deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with an ability to define processes and manage deadlines.
